Son of Elemental Sesmi, Tarn is the divine of fire. When Sesmi was scared by Artar, Adita and Flux, Tarn and his siblings became enraged at their actions. Fire and rage go hand in hand, and when Hyccolus began weaving lies into the minds of mortals to cover up the selfish reality of their actions, Tarn snapped. Going to the Isles of Eyes, now known as the Isles of Tarn, he attacked Hyccolus for aiding them in the minds of mortals, killing them and all their followers in a brutal massacre. Injured, he retreated into the main island's volcano to heal, where he became trapped by stone. With nowhere else to put his rage, he alongside his siblings created the Tarnished Ones to act at his followers, raiders who attack any who’ve forgotten their primordial creators.
