Color Trees

A tall full canopy tree with many spindling branches great for climbing. This tree has many variants of different colours, shades and heights with a variety of fruits. The sap from these trees can also be used to make many different syrups.

  • Slightly shorter with a purplish hue to the leaves, they have large round purple fruit with a thick waxy rind and inner fruity flesh primarily made of water with a sweet and sour flavour. The syrup made from this tree has a sour aftertaste used to mute the sweetness of certain foods and dishes.

  • A taller variety with a blue hue and thinner canopy and hundreds of pebble sized blue fruits in a hard shell with an icy blue inner flesh and a sugary taste. The syrup from these trees are used as a general simple syrup for a variety of dishes.
