The Ashisk Drosil (Deadwood Tree in common) has blue or violet tinted wood that is carefully cultivated and treasured by the Dusk Elves who live in the Ressavi Dep. It’s fairly rare and has grown from the graves in a strange and slightly magical mutation that gives it its colour. It’s protected by the Dusk Elves, though it is cut down and used sparingly in architecture, normally in prominent buildings. Only the Surnar of Ragath Iska can grant permission to cut it down, and every part of the tree must be used if it is given.

Due to its rare and sought after nature, there is a large blackmarket demand for this kind of wood, making it worth a fair amount for anyone brave enough to attempt to retrieve it from the Ressavi Dep.
